How far in advance should I book my home move?

We recommend booking two to four weeks in advance, especially for end-of-month moves and summer periods when demand is highest. That said, we do accommodate short-notice moves where availability allows. Call us on 0207 733 9922 to check availability.

Are my belongings insured during the move?

Yes. All items are covered by our goods-in-transit insurance throughout your move. For high-value items such as antiques or artwork, please let us know when you book so we can ensure appropriate cover is in place.

What happens if something is damaged during the move?

Damage is extremely rare given the care we take, but we are fully insured and will deal with any issue promptly and fairly. Your peace of mind matters to us.
